Spirit AeroSystems Holdings Inc (NYSE:SPR) shares are trading higher after it reported fourth-quarter FY23 revenue growth of 37% Y/Y to $1.81 billion, beating the consensus of $1.74 billion

The revenue increase represents higher production deliveries on most Commercial programs and higher Defense and Space and Aftermarket revenue. It also included previously disclosed impacts from the Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) Memorandum of Agreement executed in October 2023, including favorable pricing adjustments on the 787 program and reversing the potential claim related to the 737 vertical fin attach fittings.
