(“Guozhong Times“), a subsidiary of the Chinese operating company contractually controlled by the Company, has entered into a Cooperation Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Hangzhou Chongda Technology Co., Ltd. (“Chongda”) to increase the sales of 5G multimodal communication services in China.
